Maks VrečkoAnaliza dogajanja na področju oskrbe s hrano pokaže, da se veliko ljudi zaveda problematike, pa tudi izzivov na tem področju. Samooskrba s hrano iz leta v leto pada, očitno je v nebo vpijoče dejstvo: kmetje imajo težave pri prodaji (ali pa za pridelke niso ustrezno plačani), kupci pa jedo uvoženo hrano.
To je nedvomno posledica odprtih meja in vedno hitrejšega pretoka hrane. Slovenski kmet mora tekmovati z velikimi tujimi pridelovalci ter korporacijami in zaradi ekonomije obsega je upanje za uspeh majhno. Vendar zgodovina kaže, da je tudi številčnejšega in močnejšega nasprotnika je možno premagati, a zgolj tako, da delamo kot eden.
Analiza pokaže, da sedaj ni tako. Obstaja cel kup projektov, ki se vsak posamezno loteva tega izziva. Rešitev in različnih pristopov je ravno toliko, kot je izvajalcev. To sicer ima določene prednosti, vendar je nedvomno učinkovitost manjša.
To je eden od glavnih razlogov, da smo se odločili za združitev projektov Moja Tržnica in spletne tržnice Sveže.si. Za oba projekta bo od sedaj naprej skrbel Andrej Dorrer (andrej@mojatrznica.si ), sam pa bom sodeloval kot zunanji svetovalec.
Z združitvijo smo pridobili na širini ponudbe, obenem pa tudi logistiko odkupa pridelkov ter njihove dostave na dom. Prihodnost bo pokazala, ali se bo procesu združevanja moči pridružil še kakšen soroden projekt. Andreju na njegovi poti želim veliko uspehov, saj je jasno, da mu poguma in vztrajnosti ne manjka.
